Based over three floors and sympathetically renovated to a luxury standard, the townhouse boasts a leafy and tranquil private garden, cosy living room with log burner, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room to seat four with large dresser, two sophisticated bedrooms, one with ensuite and a large family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower.

For all guest arrivals we lovingly provide a welcome breakfast selection including local bread, free range eggs, semi skimmed milk, butter, preserves, fruit and granola.

As well as tastefully picked seasonal decorations, upon request for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries we can dress the property accordingly with balloons/banners and provide prosecco etc.

Also provided for your comfort:

Logs, starting wood, firelighters and matches

Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and cleaning equipment
Free on-street parking for one car (digital permit) - strictly from 3pm on day of check in until 10am on day of check out, vehicle registration must be provided prior to arrival
TV, WiFi, landline telephone
Various cooking equipments and utensils, basic condiments, extensive dinnerware, glassware, chinaware and cutlery set, washing machine, dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, tea, coffee and sugar, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board
Library corner filled with books, maps, games and DVDs
Outdoor furniture to seat 4, BBQ and coal
Dog blankets, water and food bowls, treats and waste bags
Stair gate at the bottom of the stairs in the living room leading to the first floor.

The sleeping arrangements.

Two serene, double bedrooms dressed with duck feather and down bedding, White Company linen and towel sets and luxury waffle dressing gowns for each guest.

Bedroom 1 has an ensuite shower room and Bedroom 2 has views of the garden.

Both rooms have a dressing table, mirror, wardrobe, lamp, blankets, Roberts DAB radio and water carafe with two glasses.

* Upon request a travel cot can be provided and duck feather bedding and pillows can be changed to synthetic bedding prior to arrival.

Important.

We politely request the following house rules are observed at all times -

Do not smoke in the property, in the alleyway off the street to the front door, or directly outside the property on the street
Due to the relatively steep stairs, children under 8 must be supervised at all times when on the first or second floors
Dogs are not allowed upstairs and only on furniture downstairs if they are well covered by a blanket.

We also have a little sister property, just down the road called Hideaway Cottage. This sweet little home comfortably sleeps 2, and availability permittng, can be booked in conjunction with Aragon Cottage for groups of 6.
